About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented social and comms legends, bringing our brand to life across socials, digital, in-store and everything in between.

You'll craft stories that invite our audience into our world and keep them coming back. With a social-first mindset, you'll own local campaigns and brand moments, making sure we show up in the market in a way that's bold, authentic and community-driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling content that resonates with our audience
  • Develop and implement local campaigns and brand moments
  • Lead a team of social and comms legends
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our brand's vision and values
Requirements
  • Degree or qualification in a relevant field (PR, Communications, Social Media, Digital or similar)
  • Proven experience in a similar role from either agency or client side
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
  • High-level organisation, project management and planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and with partners in different locations
