Key Responsibilities- Support Improvement Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and quantify opportunities and problems through intelligent analysis of the business environment, demonstrating a clear understanding of business drivers, benefits, and costs, while considering CX and service/process design.
- Design and Deliver Solutions: Gather and analyze requirements to understand the business change opportunity and work with business owners to determine best business solutions that are aligned to capabilities and effectively manage delivery from start-up to implementation and embedment.
- Anticipate and Assess Risks: Continuously assess risks and issues in terms of strategic business impacts and provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct Process Analysis: Conduct detailed current state and future state process analysis to determine problems and opportunities, appropriate solutions, and business and change impacts and risks.
- Plan and Manage Requirements: Plan, elicit, prioritize, and manage business requirements using best practice techniques and work with Agile delivery teams to translate requirements into user stories and trace these relationships to ensure business needs are met.
- Prepare Options Analysis: Prepare options analysis using techniques such as business model canvas, IDEO circles (feasibility, desirability, and viability), etc.
- Coordinate Estimations: Coordinate and participate in the estimations process to generate estimates of initiative cost, Net Present Value (NPV), and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Provide Status Reporting: Provide status reporting on business analysis activities and deliverables as required.
- Consult and Coach Stakeholders: Consult, coach, and lead stakeholders across all levels in the organization in best practice business analysis approaches.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced business analyst who can bring a strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices to this role. You will have a proven track record of eliciting stakeholder requirements, preparing analysis and visualization models, and implementing business change using formal project and change management methodologies.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. You will also have a demonstrated ability to lead meetings and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and elicit outcomes for successful change.
