Health Services Leadership Position

This position is a critical leadership role that oversees daily operations of a health facility, supporting staff and providing direct patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical services, workforce needs, and delivering operational leadership.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead daily operations, support staff, and provide direct patient care as Health Centre Coordinator
- Oversee clinic services, manage resources, and provide operational leadership as Health Centre Manager
- Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner qualifications
- Experience in remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled service settings
- Confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership
- Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
- WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider qualifications
Additional desirable qualifications include postgraduate health management qualifications, MMEx experience, or emergency care training.
