Catholic Education Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Design and Digital Content Officer to join our in-house Marketing and Communications team.

This is a full-time ongoing opportunity responsible for the graphic design of marketing collateral and creating visually appealing and engaging content for a variety of mediums.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent graphic design skills, with knowledge and experience in using Adobe Creative Suite of programs, and experience in maintaining websites and other digital media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.

They will also have demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation, as well as basic proficiency in photography, video editing, and basic knowledge of marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be able to build rapport with students, parents, staff, and stakeholders, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging content for a variety of mediums, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain and update websites and other digital media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with students, parents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in graphic design and digital media.
  • Excellent graphic design skills, with knowledge and experience in using Adobe Creative Suite of programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining websites and other digital media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Basic proficiency in photography, video editing, and basic knowledge of marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students, parents, staff, and stakeholders.
