Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Reinforcement Technician to join our Brisbane-based remedial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialist remedial projects across Queensland.

In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, execution, and completion of remedial projects.
  • Ensure strict safety and quality compliance on-site.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and engineering specifications.
  • Assist with project scheduling, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Engage and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements.
  • Complete ITP inspections, QA documentation, and reporting.
  • Provide hands-on site supervision, technical guidance, and client engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years' experience as a Graduate, Junior, or Site Engineer, ideally in remedial, structures, or civil projects.
  • Exposure to concrete remediation, strengthening, waterproofing, or coatings is highly regarded.
  • Bridge or structural experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian engineering codes and practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
