**About the Role**

We are seeking a full-time retail consultant to provide customer service and support day-to-day operations of our retail floor.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering enquiries and helping customers find products for their needs
  • Maintain organisation and presentation of the retail floor, ensuring it is clean, tidy and well-stocked
  • Assist with receiving, storage and inventory management of materials and supplies
  • Perform general retail duties, such as operating the cash register, processing transactions and handling customer payments
  • Support the wider team with other tasks required to ensure smooth running of the business

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role, preferably within building and construction industry
  • A positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business
  • A valid driver's licence and Forklift licence LF (desirable)
  • The ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and rotating Saturday mornings is essential

**Our Business:**

We specialise in collecting, processing and reselling reclaimed roof tiles, as well as supplying new roofing materials.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail floor. You will also assist with the receiving, storage and inventory management of materials and supplies, and perform general retail duties such as operating the cash register and handling customer payments.

You will need to have previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the building and construction industry, and possess a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business. A valid driver's licence and Forklift licence LF would be desirable, and you must be able to perform manual handling tasks.

Please note that availability to work Monday to Friday and rotating Saturday mornings is essential.
