Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support professional to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in the Ermington, Ryde, Cherrybrook, or Hornsby areas.

About This Opportunity:

- A supportive team environment

- Variety of shifts available, including afternoons, days, and mornings

- Occasional Monday to Friday shifts from 3-4 hours

- Salary packaging options available

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing care and support to individuals with disabilities

- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Check

- HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate

- Working with Children Clearance

- Valid Driver's Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle

- Knowledge and/or experience following positive behavior support plans

- Clear communication skills
