We're seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead our Early Learning Centre (ELC) in Ashdale, Perth. As the face of our centre, you'll inspire and nurture children to become independent little butterflies.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with skilled educators, chairing staff meetings, conducting performance reviews, facilitating staff training sessions, upholding YMCA policies, and designing/implementing a high-quality learning curriculum.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
  • Experience as a Manager/Director/Supervisor/Assistant Director/Assistant Manager in an early childhood setting
  • Retail knowledge of child development and high-quality programming practices
  • An understanding of financial and administrative functions
  • A National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
