About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Affinity Education. As a Lead Educator and Team Developer, you will play a key role in guiding our educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and share the excitement of child-led discovery.

You will be responsible for nurturing and developing our team members, ensuring they confidently contribute to our children's learning. You will also build strong relationships with our families and educators, ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS standards.

About You:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • Be passionate about developing our little learners.
