Financial Representative Job Opportunity

The role of a Financial Representative involves managing the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of shopping centres and other real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting
  • Deliver quality and timely financial reports, including month-end analysis and commentary for each shopping centre in the portfolio.
  • Provide commercial insights and analytics with reporting and presentation skills.
  • Present financial information to senior management and clients.
  • Business Partnering
  • Support business growth through value-adding partnerships with senior management, centre teams, and clients.
  • Assist in management accounting across centres and head office departments.
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships.
  • Forecast and Budget
  • Create annual budgets and business plans; present to stakeholders.
  • Develop quarterly forecasts by partnering with centre management and leasing teams.
  • Improvements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, monthly reporting, and analytic tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting modules.
  • Team Support
  • Support and mentor junior staff within the finance team.
  • Assist with due diligence analysis for new projects and ad hoc tasks.
  • Contribute to business case development and executive reporting.
