Job Title: Senior Training Instructor - Heavy Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Instructor to join our team in delivering high-quality training programs for heavy industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and conducting training sessions, with a focus on complex 4WD operations, trailer manoeuvring, load and unloading vehicles, side by side/ATV, and quad bikes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering comprehensive training programs, conducting assessments to determine competency, and providing feedback to Subject Matter Experts. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of training activities and provide support with the maintenance of training facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated work experience in heavy industry units delivered within the last 2 years
  • Extensive experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116) qualification
  • Ongoing professional development in Vocational Education and Training
