About the Job

This 12-month parental leave cover offers a unique opportunity to drive key initiatives across the Nine Group, impacting our business significantly. As Employee Experience and Employer Brand Lead, you'll report to the Head of Employer Brand and Experience and play a central role in rolling out our new employee listening strategy, advancing our employer brand work, and leading a team of two direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement employer brand and employee experience strategies across the business
  2. Design and deliver Nine's employee experience events program
  3. Develop and deploy employer brand content across internal and external channels
  4. Support the development of the employee listening strategy including managing surveys and reporting
  5. Lead the development and deployment of Nine's group onboarding strategy
  6. Oversee careers website content, functionality, and candidate experience
  7. Drive recruitment marketing, including organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn
  8. Analyse employer brand performance, candidate behavior, and market trends to inform strategy
  9. Support Talent Acquisition in strengthening employer brand capability
About You
  • Proven experience supporting or leading employee experience programs, including employee listening and onboarding
  • Experience with employer brand activities, executing on a strategy to drive the brand narrative internally and externally
  • Leadership experience, coaching others, and building their capability
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing internal and external content
  • Autonomous and self-driven individual with a proactive mindset and high level of initiative
  • Data and analytical mindset
  • Content planning and development experience, especially using LinkedIn (highly desirable)
  • Previous experience working with Talent Acquisition teams & processes (highly desirable)
