We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Hall Contracting Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Health and Safety efforts and ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective Health and Safety management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO:45001, ISO:9001, and AS:4801 standards.
- Manage and maintain certification and accreditation with CM3 and Federal Safety.
- Provide leadership and guidance to management and project teams to create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, recommending necessary changes.
- Monitor and review company KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and provide coaching and training to staff.
- Conduct site inspections and audits as required.
- Proven experience in Health and Safety management, preferably in the civil, dredging, or marine industries.
- Strong system-focused and results-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and create rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
