, About the Role:,

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive outstanding results and deliver exceptional experiences to employees and customers.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders and the development team to deliver sprints with a seamless customer value focus.

, Key Responsibilities:,
  • Drive, validate, and assist in prioritising enhancement, project, and business as usual (BAU) support scope.,
  • Compile coherent Features, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Process Maps/Flows, Storyboards, and Iterative Releases.,
  • Contribute to design discussions in-line with architectural direction and roadmap.,
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and the Development team to deliver sprints with a seamless customer value focus.
, Requirements:,
  • Innovative nature to explore ideas and prototype solutions.,
  • An interest in solution development with an understanding of design principles, digital, and technology.,
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging agile and coaching stakeholders to assist adoption.,
  • Experience in working within a team that supports the delivery of both planned work and reactionary work.,
  • Demonstrated ability to model technical change, user stories, and processes, experience in implementing process change and producing supporting documentation.,
  • 4+ years demonstrated experience working in agile software development teams and engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts in agile delivery techniques.,
  • Experience in the analysis of business processes and the design of technology-based solutions.,
  • Experience in the Agile BA skillset: Work breakdown, MVP, Epic > Feature > Story creation; Estimate techniques; Storyboarding; 3 Amigos; user personas; wireframes/sketches etc.,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.,
  • Previous experience in construction and processes will be highly regarded.
