About This Role
  • Serve as a technical authority on protection relay portfolios, leveraging expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Partner with sales, presales, and channel teams to develop and execute strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support, design consultation, and compliance guidance for pre-sales and tender opportunities, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Lead technical training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations, empowering internal and external stakeholders with knowledge and skills.
  • Interpret single-line diagrams, coordinate protection studies, and develop optimized relay settings, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in protection systems, preferably in the Australian market
  • Strong knowledge of IEC, ANSI, and Australian protection standards
  • Practical experience with Schneider Electric protection relays or equivalent platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
