Supervise and Develop with TGI Fridays

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for supervising our team, coaching and developing our staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the team during peak periods
  • Train and coach our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure our guests have a great experience
  • Work closely with our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and drinks
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant, including running food, clearing tables, and taking orders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is desirable, but not essential
