Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our customers.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline our cloud operations, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
- Participate in a regular on-call schedule, including occasional paid weekends and holidays, to ensure prompt resolution of critical issues.
- Develop and maintain software tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our codebase.
- Contribute to the development of our SRE software, working closely with our agile team to identify and prioritize features and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with public clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Python, Golang, Java, C, or C++.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
