Home Lending Specialist Role

You will be part of a dynamic team that drives growth and provides exceptional customer experiences. As a Home Lending Specialist, your primary focus will be to deliver tailored solutions to customers' end-to-end banking needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM system.
  • Guiding customers through the lending process, ensuring they have peace of mind and feel supported in achieving their goals.
  • Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and prepare customers for financial success.
  • Establishing strong connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to drive effective lending outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • The ability to build relationships and rapport quickly with customers and colleagues, assess needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills.
  • An understanding of small business offerings and consumer lending experience.
