Financial Professional Seeking Experienced Accountant

A highly skilled and experienced accountant is sought to support the financial management functions of a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with taxation laws, including BAS, PAYG, and payroll tax
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in preparing and lodging tax returns and statutory documents
- Support NDIS financial reporting and funding reconciliations, analyzing financial operations and advising on performance
- Maintain adherence to legislation and standards, monitoring internal controls and suggesting improvements
- Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of Australian accounting standards and taxation systems
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential
- CPA/CA qualification is preferred but not mandatory for this position
