Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Law Clerk in our personal injury practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including worker's compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability matters.

You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that champions the rights of everyday Australians. As a Law Clerk, you'll play a critical role in providing legal advice and representation to clients, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

To thrive in this role, you'll have demonstrated experience in personal injury law, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation, and the passion and drive to build a career in the personal injury space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury matters
  • Manage client relationships, including effective communication and expectation management
  • Draft legal documentation with attention to detail
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our personal injury practice
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in personal injury law
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation
  • Possession of a degree in law or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to interpret complex information and provide clear advice
  • Maturity and confidence to deal with clients who may be experiencing trauma
