You will be responsible for turning enquiries into unforgettable travel experiences. You will handle inbound phone, email, and web enquiries and turn them into confirmed travel reservations.

Sell our full range of travel products with confidence.

Deliver end-to-end travel solutions to guests.

Build rapport and trust with every guest you speak to.

Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets.

Use CRM systems and booking platforms to manage guest details and track leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
  • Guest-focused, confident, and driven by results.
  • Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand destinations.
  • Available to work a 5-day rotating roster, including Saturdays.
