Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtor accounts, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debtor Management: Manage end-to-end debtor accounts, including reclaims, customer reconciliations, and store credits.
  • Transaction Processing: Process daily banking tasks such as reconciling debtor accounts, credit card invoices, and fuel transactions.
  • Product Returns: Process product returns and store credits in line with company procedures.
  • Accounts Payable Support: Assist with accounts payable functions, including raising purchase orders and expense analysis.
  • General Administration: Provide general administrative support, such as ordering supplies and handling ad hoc duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, with a solid understanding of end-to-end AR processes.
  • ERP Skills: Strong ERP skills, with exposure to Microsoft Navision or Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling large volumes of transactions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external customers.
