Customer Remediation Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer remediation professional to deliver high-quality results and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
As a customer identity remediation expert, you will be responsible for executing remediation activities and ensuring that output meets the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct ten to fifteen inbound and outbound calls to verify Know Your Customer (KYC) information and maintain up-to-date records.
- Achieve optimal quality control outcomes and communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling objections and providing necessary information.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Call centre experience is highly regarded.
- A solid understanding of AML/CTF regulatory frameworks, particularly KYC, is desirable.
- Ability to manage complex cases while meeting KPI expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of trusts, applicable customer identification procedures (ACIP), and complex entities is highly regarded.
