Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to provision tailored banking solutions for commercial and property finance investors in the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures and conducting thorough due diligence
  • Manage approval processes and documentation and foster stakeholder relationships
  • Lead, coach and provide development opportunities for junior team members to allow the achievement of current and future objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in implementing sales, service, operational, process and credit quality initiatives
  • Represent Suncorp Bank's interests in the market, networking with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance
  • Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions
  • Strong risk management, relationship management, financial analysis skills to deliver bespoke solutions for our important client relationships
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences and navigating internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric focus
  • Ability to drive business strategies, foster team growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Established networks to provide new business opportunities and support business growth
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or property economics will be highly regarded
