Structural Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. This is a key role that will contribute to major infrastructure projects, industrial and commercial developments.

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance in structural materials for junior team members, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Australia, and liaise with clients, design technicians and other team members.

  • Provide technical expertise in structural engineering, including the application of engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems.
  • Manage client relationships, prepare fee proposals and tender documentation.
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions for a variety of projects.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in structural design.
  • Deep understanding of structural engineering principles and practice.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status or equivalent.
  • Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering or higher.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
