The Reece Group is a leading company with a strong focus on customer service. They are looking for motivated students to join their team as a School-based Traineeship in Plumbing Salamander Bay.

The Role:

This School-based Traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch and completing a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. Students will work towards gaining hands-on experience and developing their skills in customer service, sales, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing the Reece values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales
  • Managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge
  • Providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high-standard branch

About You:

We are looking for students who possess good communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn. Students should be enthusiastic and have a great attitude, as well as be a team player and willing to maintain a neat and tidy workspace.

Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week and must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in progress.
