Job Overview

The role of Team Leader is crucial in delivering exceptional showroom and product displays, managing planograms, and maintaining a high standard of presentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing and engaging showroom displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and engagement through effective planogram management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive team environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Requirements
  • Prior retail experience with a focus on displays, planograms, and promotions.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Emerging or established leadership abilities and ambition to drive results.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Tuesday to Saturday.
  • A valid driver's license (manual preferred) for occasional deliveries.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal).
