Job Title: Property Operations Manager

Overview:

A leading business seeks a Property Operations Manager to take on a varied remit. This exciting opportunity will see you manage facilities operations across our property assets, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the facilities operations program across our property assets, meeting compliance, operational efficiency and safety standards.
  • Strengthen partnerships with service providers, focusing on innovation, performance improvement and delivering tangible value.
  • Design strategic procurement plans for property-related categories, capturing addressable spend.
  • Coordinate leasing and subleasing processes, securing favourable terms in alignment with legal and finance teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting collaboration and enhancing performance while maintaining consistent service levels.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in maintaining properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing commercial leasing processes effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, influencing outcomes and managing multiple priorities.
  • Highly developed project management skills, successfully delivering complex property-related projects.
  • Skilled in supplier engagement, contract negotiation and mitigating operational risks.
  • Extensive experience in property operations, supported by formal qualifications in property or project management (e.g. Prince2, PMP).
