We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Manager to join our organization in Victoria. As a key member of the Victorian leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our geotechnical business.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil/geotechnical engineering, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance commercial and technical outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of a growing geotechnical team
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Providing geotechnical advice to internal and external clients
- Preparing quotes and tenders
- Undertaking geotechnical investigations and assessments
- Supervising, mentoring, and peer reviewing the technical work of other team members
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in civil/geotechnical engineering or related discipline
- Proven skills in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong report writing ability
