Job Title: Personal Support Assistant

Your role will involve creating meaningful connections with clients, facilitating independence, and implementing individualized service plans to meet their unique needs.


Requirements:
  • Cert III Qualification in Aged Care or Individual Support (with aged care components completed)
  • Experience working with older adults
  • Ability to follow and implement individual service plans, healthcare, and positive behavior support plans
  • Valid driver's licence
