Electrical Design Expert

At the heart of every innovative project lies a skilled Electrical Design Expert. We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Brisbane Head Office and drive success in energy storage and solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical excellence in detailed engineering, ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems into final project designs.
  • Guarantee safe and efficient design by reviewing and verifying electrical documentation.
  • Lead the technical review process, providing expert guidance on electrical system configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through thorough documentation reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive project progress.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for technical proposals and engineering support.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the Procurement team in technical validation activities.
  • Provide technical expertise during client meetings to resolve doubts and enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant field.
  • Chartered Engineer (RPEng) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical design and engineering.
  • Availability for site visits and meetings as required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD – Intermediate level.
