Lead Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to oversee our supporter database management strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in business system architecture and development for managing customer/supporter relationships.

  • Develop and execute a data-driven approach to optimize supporter engagement and resource utilization.
  • Establish business intelligence and data analytics practices, methodologies, and approaches within the organization.

This role is responsible for leading the provision of evidence-based recommendations to improve supporter engagement and maximize return on marketing investment. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide analytical insights into Berry Street's supporters, their connections, and relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in business system architecture and development for managing customer/supporter relationships.
  • Development and building of decision-making models and support tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with a focus on collaboration through highly developed communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading a team and working in a collaborative environment.
