Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of digital consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, innovation, data & AI, and emerging technologies.">
  • Lead proposals, RFPs, and pitches, crafting tailored value propositions for C-suite executives.">
  • Provide executive governance across digital consulting engagements, ensuring alignment, performance tracking, and C-suite relationship management.">
  • Facilitate steering committees and status reviews, maintaining client visibility and accountability.">
  • Strengthen client relationships to drive new business opportunities, retention, and satisfaction.">
  • Serve as a thought leader on digital trends and shape the strategic direction of the practice by defining new service lines and mentoring team members.">
  • Stay informed on market trends and client needs, using insights to differentiate solutions and refine sales strategies.">
  • Develop compelling proposals that align with client goals and buying criteria.">
  • Run and scale a practice/team with strong operational hygiene, ensuring delivery quality and commercial success.">
  • Contribute to the firm's market presence by running executive governance forums, forging partnerships, crafting thought leadership materials, and speaking at industry events.">
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets.">
  • Strong experience selling professional services and transformation engagements.">
  • Track record in digital consulting sales, driving business growth through proposals, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.">
  • Extensive experience across the full consulting toolkit, ideally gained within leading consultancies, with a focus on digital transformation, strategy, and innovation.">
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and boards, with a refined communication style and the ability to offer strategic advice on digital business challenges.">
  • Experience mentoring and coaching consultants in a growing consultancy, fostering team development and success.">
