
Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

- Listening to customer feedback and consistently working to ensure positive customer experiences
- Identifying talent, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Inducting and on-boarding new team members
- Training, developing, and cross-training team members and supervisors
- Completing staff performance reviews and driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Managing staff, including rostering, shift changes, and team meetings
- Resolving any employee issues, including grievances and disciplinary action
- Managing stock, including ordering from suppliers, stocktaking, portion control
- Office administration duties, such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policies
- Compiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls
- Managing daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
- Executing marketing promotions
- Ensuring safety and security standards are recognized and upheld, and employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
- Previous quick-service restaurant management experience with proven reliability
- Flexible towards hours of work (a mix of day/night, weekday/weekend shifts required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Completely task-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Highly organized and a fast learner
- Naturally neat, clean, and tidy person
- Ability to solve problems in a logical way
- Strong computer and technology skills
