Job Description

Amentum is expanding its defence projects across air, land and sea to support critical capabilities that keep Australia safe. We are looking for ICT Security GRC Specialists to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

You will have extensive experience in DevSecOps collaborating with project teams, DCIAB and other stakeholders to gain technical Authority To Operate. This role offers uncapped training and development opportunities as well as benefits including subsidised parking, flexible working and different leave arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure mission and support ICT systems are designed, developed, operated and maintained in accordance with ISM, DSPF, ACSI publications and Defence security policies.
  • Identify threats and vulnerabilities arising from ICT system design.
  • Develop and maintain system SOPs and other required security procedural artefacts.
  • Review and shape Defence security documentation for Program systems developed by System Integrators and vendors.
  • Collaborate with vendors, Defence IT teams, operational units, and senior leadership to integrate cyber security into decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an information technology role with exposure to information security.
  • Extensive experience with ISM and Defence Security Policy Framework (DSPF).
  • Experience working in leading cyber security initiatives within ASD, DDG or CASG.
  • Experience working with DevSecOps and Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with good attention to detail.
  • Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance with ability to upgrade to NV2.
