Job Overview
  • A regional resource to resolve issues over the phone or on-site for customers with solar equipment.
  • Train and assist installers, troubleshoot systems with solar products in the field, and propose alternative system designs for better functionality.

We are seeking an Electrician in Victoria, AU to provide technical support to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving issues over the phone or on-site for customers with solar equipment.
  • Training and assisting installers with troubleshooting and commissioning solar systems.
  • Traveling to sites to provide emergency repair services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing databases of customer installations for performance tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the solar industry, including 1 year in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Educational background in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and peers.
