About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach effective swimming and water safety techniques to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in aquatic education.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate.
  • Blue Card: Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
  • AUSTSWIM Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety.
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable).
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded.
