Job Summary:

Executive Assistant to the Parliamentary Counsel

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to senior leadership, including drafting projects, preparing correspondence, and assisting with legislative instruments.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Parliamentary Counsel and other senior officers
  • Record and monitor workflow, reporting on progress
  • Oversee office-wide amenities, events, executive support, and reception services
  • Prepare and dispatch electronic Opinions, PC Reports, and other correspondence
  • Assist with the drafting of correspondence, internal briefs, reports, minutes, and other written activities
