Job Role: Manager, Parliamentary and Ministerial Services

This pivotal position requires a detail-oriented individual to provide expert advice and support to the executive team.

  • Leading and supporting team members in preparing quality and timely urgent ministerial briefs and parliamentary responses.
  • Managing the preparation of Budget Estimates and Parliamentary inquiries, including identification of strategic issues.
  • Developing strategies for managing and improving Ministerial and Departmental correspondence, processes, guidelines, and templates.
  • Providing high-level quality assurance and review of all parliamentary documents to ensure consistent messaging.
