Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of stock, ensuring seamless logistics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Forklift operation (loading & unloading trucks) with precision and speed.
  • Ensure accurate receiving and dispatching of stock, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Picking and packing orders with attention to detail, meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with dispatch manager and sales staff to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse role or operation.
  • Current forklift license (LF) or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
