Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Moorabin.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service using our company's principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team.
  • Maintain general office facilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in customer service and administration.
  • Experience with Xero, Zendesk, and WooCommerce is beneficial.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are required.
