Job Description:

Seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our Corporate M&A team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions to meet those needs. This will involve drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing external client relationships, and coordinating with other legal teams and advisers to deliver integrated client service.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a leading corporate M&A practice and an excellent academic record. They will be proactive, collaborative, and able to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team. The ability to work to tight timeframes, both collaboratively and autonomously, is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Admitted Lawyer in Australia or New Zealand
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leading corporate M&A practice
  • Excellent academic record and high attention to detail
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes, both collaboratively and autonomously
