Senior Corporate Transactions Solicitor

This role offers a compelling opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and ongoing success of the corporate team in Melbourne.
You will advise clients across Australia and internationally in various sectors, including private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity raises and initial public offerings (IPOs), venture capital transactions, and providing guidance on corporations law and listing rule compliance as well as commercial matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting skills for M&A transactions and shareholder agreements
- Managing due diligence exercises
- Experience in ECM and public M&A
- Excellent attention to detail and critical analysis
- Leading client work with partner support and guidance
- Show initiative and collaborate effectively within a team
We seek an experienced solicitor with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience, who has solid expertise in corporate transactions gained in a leading law firm or reputable boutique.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
