The Principal will uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral activity, and will embed socially just practices in daily school life.

They will form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business, and will be futures-oriented and strategic.

The Principal will understand the legislation and policies impacting on schooling, and will manage resources to achieve goals.
