About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lifestyle Care Specialist at Roden Cutler Lodge, working on a permanent part-time basis.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualised care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
You will work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' needs and develop integrated care plans;
- Collaborate with the wider village team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care;
- Design and implement leisure, lifestyle, and spiritual activities that promote the well-being and engagement of residents;
- Assist residents in creating a home-like environment within their accommodation;
Requirements:
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or willingness to obtain;
- Good computer skills;
- Strong time management and organisational skills;
- Good verbal and written communication;
