This role plays a crucial part in our Employee Health & Benefits Operations team at Marsh McLennan, one of Australia's leading companies.

Based in Sydney, the successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in the office. They will provide administrative and technical support to Employee Health & Benefits colleagues and clients, responding to insurance transaction queries with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Employee Health & Benefits colleagues and clients with administration and technical tasks
  • Drive process standardization and ensure timely production/processing of complex documents/information
  • Deliver compliant work to clients/insurers and enter accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications
  • Assist in upskilling non-client facing operations colleagues with product and client knowledge
Requirements:
  • A High School Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License
  • At least two to three years of experience in a similar client service/operational role, preferably in insurance or life-related fields
