Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Supervisor to join our ranks. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring outstanding service is being provided to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Store Managers to achieve success
- Coach and develop our team members to reach their full potential
- Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for our customers
- Are safety leaders, providing the safest work environment for yourself, team members and customers
- Set a positive example to our team at all times
- Often have opening and closing responsibilities

You Will Need:

- Previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step
- Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience
- Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge
- Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence
- Have the physical capacity to do the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
