Role Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Data Insights Specialist to join our Workforce Insights & Analytics team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced analytics and compelling data visualisation to enable strategic workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex data sets, ensuring high-quality and compliance standards.
  • Apply statistical techniques to identify key insights, driving informed decision-making across the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our capability to act on data and improve how workforce insights are delivered.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis.
  • Programming skills, including SQL, to interrogate databases and extract valuable insights.
  • Strong experience in data collection, management, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • A deep understanding of data usage in the insurance and people analytics context.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and ethical data handling practices.
