Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in the Pharmacy Department at Gosford Hospital. This is a temporary part-time position that will provide essential support to pharmacists by delivering key services, including dispensing and distribution of pharmaceuticals, inventory management, and stock coordination.

About the Role:

  • Dispensing and distribution of pharmaceuticals to patients

  • Management of inventory and stock levels to ensure efficient operations

  • Participation in the Pharmacy Procurement and Inventory Management team as required

  • Ensuring continuity of service across multiple CCLHD sites

The ideal candidate will have relevant pharmacy experience, either with or without formal qualifications, and a recognised Certificate III in Hospital or Community Pharmacy. They will also possess hands-on experience in pharmaceutical dispensing, stock management, and distribution, as well as clear communication and customer service skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
