Job Title

Join our team as a Digital Care Advisor and play a vital role in delivering support to customers over digital channels.

  • Resolve customer enquiries through asynchronous live chat, email, social media, and voice mail follow-up.
  • Provide professional, friendly engagement with customers during interactions.
  • Maintain exceptional customer experience by focusing on quality assurance, customer service surveys, first contact resolution rate, and customer-focused KPIs.

Requirements:
